Some friends saw the final version and suggested that it was too clean ("Add some blood" was one comment). So, I went back into the digital make-up room.

I added some muscle, tissue, and blood, and then put on some prosthetic skin. Then I used some make-up to smooth out the tones of the flesh and the R-rated version is ready!
